In this back exercise video we will going to show you how to do a back superset in a right way. In this exercise the main idea is to get as many repetitions as possible multiple back exercises. In this back exercise video Kyle will start using the heaviest exercise first, which is you bent knee dead lift.With this you will workout you lower back the most. You start the same way you did before and you will do about eight to twelve repetition. The point of this exercise is to do it with the perfect form as heavies as you can go with the form without sacrificing form it self.
If you get fatigued doing this workout you need to stand straight up, adjusting your hands so your palms are toward your body, you are going to band over and your going to go straight into your band over rows……..
