You Can Begin this Abs Workout with lying on your foam roller or anything that can replace it. It doesn’t strictly have to be Foam.
For the alternative you could use half roller that has flat side up.
The point of this Abs Exercise is to get your body stable, after which you will slowly flex your right hip to be able to make your left arm touch your right foot.
The emphasis for this exercise is to make quality steady movement that will constantly create
tension on your Ab muscle structure.
If in some case your lower back is to extended I suggest that you do the traditional Ab Crunch Exercise while you still use your Foam Roller or some replacement.
