  2. I do like treadmill workouts but get a little bored with them. Has anyone tried the stair climbing treadmill? I think it’s made by Nordic Track. Looks more intense and maybe could keep my attention longer.

    You are right on. Everyone expects all the rewards without putting in any of the work. Exercise is exercise. As of today, nobody has developed a magic weight loss pill that’s perfect. Sweat and time is your best bet.
